Spiritual empowerments are a form of distant energy healing that is similar to a Reiki attunement. The empowerments work to lift your energy field, and are often designed to target a specific area of your life. You can receive empowerments as often as you feel guided (unless recommended otherwise). You can choose to receive an empowerment only once or get a few to receive on a schedule of your choosing.

Most of the empowerments shared here can also be purchased as full Reiki systems. The full Reiki system comes with a more powerful attunement and manual that further describes use of the energy. You do not need the full Reiki system unless you plan to attune or heal others. If you already have the full Reiki system, receiving the empowerment will act as a booster.
