Release Form for Ordained Ministers in Reiki Practice
This is the form that will ensure your clients understand that they are seeking spiritual counseling in the form of Reiki treatment as a form of religious expression. ABSOLUTELY VITAL IF YOU LIVE IN A U.S. STATE WHOSE MASSAGE BOARD IS EXTORTING CONTROL OVER REIKI! (Note: You should be an Ordained Minister to use this form legally).
